Your Responsibilities:
- Build & conceptualize test strategy of the product
- Coordinate test efforts towards release and establish test environments for the entire product team
- Develop testing frameworks and test data tailored to specific product teams
- Integrates QA processes and best practices (including security and automation)
- Challenge the requirements towards performance (NFR's).
- Knowledgeable in security and penetration testing is a plus
- Ensures data integrity and compliance with customer-related test data
Team Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the conception and implementation of the automated integration test landscape as well as the standardization of the QA processes.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams and implementation of the standards in the DKV application landscape.
- Quality assurance in agile and classic process models, from the review of requirements and test design to test planning and implementation.
- Close coordination with the other development teams and inclusion of test integration requirements for them to ensure high quality.
- 4+ years of proven experience as a QA engineer (manual & automation)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for effective collaboration with inter-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of various programming languages (e.g., Java, Typescript).
- Experience using acceptance testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Ranorex, Cucumber, Cypress).
- Experience using project tracking software (e.g., JIRA).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and messaging systems (Kafka).
- Strong Analytical skills and ability to self onboard on new topics
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field.
