As Director of Framework Development, you will lead strategic initiatives and multiple teams and oversee the development and maintenance of a framework for software solutions. This role requires a visionary leader who cultivates talent, strengthens interdisciplinary collaboration, and drives technology advancements.
- You will have strategic leadership and manage the Framework Development department to achieve both technical and business-oriented technological goals.
- You will foster departmental development, mentor and develop high performing teams and ensure a positive work environment due to your supportive and cross-functional nature of the department.
- You enable seamless interactions between the framework and product development teams and improved cross-functional workflows for all digital teams within the DKV Group.
- Lead the implementation of robust, modular and service-oriented software architectures and position yourself for the future.
- You manage the department's tech stack to ensure it remains stable, pioneering and efficient.
- You achieve your operational goals, manage budgets and supplier contracts and ensure that services are delivered within the agreed deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and mutual benefit.
- You have proven experience in strategic planning and team leadership in a technical environment.
- You have a strong technical background with expertise in cloud technologies, system architecture, development and e-commerce solutions.
- You have an excellent ability to inspire teams and stakeholders through clear and compelling communication.
- An agile and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing landscapes characterize you..
- You lead with empathy and focus on the personal and professional growth of your employees.
- You are a visionary technology leader who can operate in a seasoned organization as well as a startup.
- The ability to communicate professionally in German and English completes your profile.
- You know how to inspire teams and cross-functional teams through clear and convincing communication.
- You can communicate effectively with different specialist disciplines as well as address different seniority and hierarchy levels in an addressable manner.
