- You develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns with a focus on performance marketing to acquire new customers and promote cross-selling and upselling.
- You plan and execute campaigns to support the sales team and increase revenue.
- You create and optimize content for email marketing campaigns and automate these processes using HubSpot or similar tools.
- You drive the further development of marketing automation on an international level.
- You act as the internal main point of contact for the email marketing tool.
- You monitor and manage budgets for various projects, including monthly reporting and performance measurement of activities.
- You select, commission, and coordinate external service providers to support marketing activities.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
- You possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
- You have solid expertise in content creation and email marketing.
- You bring experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- You are a digital native with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
