About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and professionalize HR operations for our acquired entity EasyTrip in Ireland. This role is pivotal in driving the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) process and embedding Easytrip into the DKV Mobility Group. You will establish new HR practices and ensure alignment with our corporate standards.
This is a temporary position for an initial period of 12 months, reporting directly to the Managing Director, Easytrip, and the Director of HR International.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMI activities: Act as the primary HR driver for integrating Easy Trip into DKV Mobility, ensuring cultural alignment and harmonization of policies, processes, and systems.
- Professionalize HR operations: Build and implement foundational HR processes, including payroll coordination, HR administration, and compliance with Irish labour law.
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to the local management team on all people-related matters.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for new hires, leveraging local channels and promoting our employer brand in Ireland.
- Facilitate performance management, including competence dialogues and target setting.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and integration.
- Oversee compensation structures, including annual merit increase processes.
- Conduct personnel planning (FTE & costs), forecasting, and HR budget management.
- Deliver regular HR reporting and actively steer relevant HR KPIs.
- Ensure efficient use of HR IT tools & HRIS systems.
- Act as local project and change manager for central HR initiatives and lead local change management processes.
- Represent local interests within the international HR network and actively contribute to global HR initiatives.
- University degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally within an international company or matrix organization.
- Proven experience in Post-Merger Integration or similar transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Irish employment law and the full employee lifecycle.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience with digital HR tools (e.g., Workday, local payroll/HRIS systems) and process optimization.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities – able to influence, challenge, and partner effectively with managers and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Pragmatic, business-oriented approach with the ability to balance employee and organizational needs.
