- You take strategic responsibility for the entire recruiting process in your area – from needs analysis to contract negotiation.
- You develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract the best tech talents for our departments.
- You manage collaboration with external platforms and partners such as VONQ or Skilconomy to target specialists effectively.
- You optimize our career page with a focus on storytelling, analytics, and conversion to inspire the right candidates.
- You continuously improve the application process in Cornerstone and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- You drive the evolution of our Employer Value Proposition and strengthen our employer brand in the tech environment.
- You represent us at career fairs and on social media to make our EVP visible and attract tech talents.
- You have several years of experience in recruiting and employer branding – ideally in an international environment.
- You can demonstrate proven success in developing and implementing strategic recruiting and branding initiatives.
- You are proficient in recruiting tools such as Cornerstone and use social media platforms confidently.
- You impress with strong communication skills, empathy, and a keen sense for different target groups.
- You act as a role model and strategic influencer, actively shaping our employer brand.
- You help shape the future of our recruiting with innovative ideas and full commitment.
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

- You develop and implement innovative, technology-driven recruiting strategies – especially for attracting technical specialists.
- You use social media platforms effectively for employer branding and active sourcing in the tech sector.
