- You are the central point of contact for advising and supporting the business unit in the design and implementation of innovative solutions.
- You take strategic responsibility for the development and enhancement of all functions related to customer loyalty initiatives (e.g., Driver Benefits, Loyalty Programs).
- You manage requirements: you gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs in close coordination with stakeholders and relevant process participants.
- You own the roadmap and feature portfolio: you steer the feature set of the customer loyalty program, including planning, implementation, and performance tracking.
- You handle agile product management: you independently maintain and prioritize the backlog, approve features, and present sprint results to stakeholders.
- You provide functional leadership to an international, agile development team that partly works remotely.
- You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification – complemented by several years of relevant professional experience.
- You bring solid experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment and impress with strong methodological knowledge, e.g., in Scrum, Kanban, UX, Design Thinking, or traditional project management methods (e.g., Waterfall model). Ideally, you have already worked in the card or fuel card industry.
- You confidently act as a link between different stakeholders and your development team. You are able to capture requirements precisely, prioritize them, and translate them into both technical and business language.
- You communicate fluently in German (business fluent) and English (fluent) – both written and spoken.
