As a Sales Business Analyst, you are the critical link between data and strategic decisions.
- You transform customer data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
- You optimize sales processes and tools so the team works more efficiently and successfully, and you ensure that sales leaders and teams have the right information and streamlined workflows.
- You improve efficiency by simplifying sales processes and eliminating bottlenecks.
- You drive innovation by introducing smart tools and automation for the solution sales organization.
- You develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize revenue, pipeline, and campaign performance.
- You deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on sales trends, forecasting, and campaign effectiveness.
- You conduct customer segmentation analyses to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for digital products.
- You integrate and validate data from multiple sources (CRM, BI systems, external benchmarks) and provide actionable recommendations to support solution sales and strategic planning.
- You train sales teams on BI tools and dashboards to ensure adoption and impact.
- You analyze current sales workflows and design more efficient processes, introducing new tools and methods that accelerate selling.
- You automate repetitive tasks such as forecasting and KPI monitoring and ensure data accuracy and compliance across CRM and BI systems.
- You collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align data-driven recommendations with go-to-market strategies.
- You define KPIs and success metrics for digital product campaigns and monitor performance.
- You have solid experience with Power BI, BW Analyzer, and other BI tools.
- You possess knowledge of data modeling and DAX for advanced analytics.
- You are familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics).
- You bring experience with automation tools and AI-driven analytics.
- You understand segmentation techniques and predictive analytics.
- You have an in-depth understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- You analyze segments and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- You interpret performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
- You identify inefficiencies and design smarter workflows.
- You have a strong understanding of digital product portfolios and monetization strategies.
- You communicate fluently in German (business fluent) and English (fluent) – both written and spoken.
