Are you passionate about sales and the transport industry? We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth across Romania. This role is ideal for someone based in Bistrita, Satu Mare, Cluj, Maramures, Bihor or Salaj, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospecting the fuel market and transportation fleet services (national and international) and identifying development opportunities.
- Proposing actions and solutions to develop the client portfolio, increase loyalty, and maximize profitability.
- Identifying and acquiring new clients in accordance with the sales plan.
- Managing the existing client portfolio by providing support, consultancy, and tailored solutions (cross-sell and up-sell).
- Analyzing client needs and developing customized offers (routes, fueling solutions, comparative analyses, recommendations).
- Conducting regular visits to prospects and clients and maintaining ongoing relationships with them.
- Analyzing the portfolio and implementing measures to prevent client loss and increase service usage.
- Preparing periodic reports, analyses, and proposals in accordance with management requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or transportation
- Experience in B2B fuel card sales is an advantage
- Relevant experience in managing a customer portfolio
- Excellent product and service promotion skills to customers
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Customer-oriented individual with a focus on results, with presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and financial understanding
- English language - intermediate level
- MS Office - intermediate level
- Category B driver's license
- Available for travel
