Your prospective job:

For our prestigious client Airbus Defence and Space you act as IT-Project Coordinator (m/f/d) in aerospace at the location Manching.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing product development and releases in terms of time, scope, costs and quality
• Managing relationships with project stakeholders, customer expectations and requirements
• Defining, setting up, coordinating and guiding the project team in all project phases
• Ensuring the flow of information within your own area and to the other project managers
• Preparing and conducting meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Representing the project to the programme organisation and the specialist departments
• Management and contact person for all project enquiries
• Making solution decisions taking into account all aspects: reusability, optimisation, opportunities, scheduling, quality, costs, risks, security and technical performance

Your profile:

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science or comparable
• Long term professional experience in project management and software development
• Experience in the aerospace industrie especially in the military field would be a plus
• Good knowledge of process management and maintenance
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office and good experience with jira and confluence
• Knowledge in using DOORS and CAMEO is desirable
• High proficiency in German and English both written and spoken
