As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You analyze, model, and optimize end‑to‑end business processes, systematically identifying process gaps and improvement potential.
- You derive concrete measures to increase efficiency and ensure the smooth implementation of optimization and improvement initiatives.
- In close collaboration with our Process Owners, you develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor process performance and assess the impact of process changes.
- You plan and facilitate optimization and analysis workshops and moderate cross‑functional alignment sessions.
- You manage interfaces between business units as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- You manage projects, for example the implementation of modern technologies such as Process Mining and Task Mining, and accompany them from concept through execution.
- You communicate progress, results, and initiatives transparently to all stakeholders.
- You monitor market and technology trends in the process environment and strategically integrate them into our process and optimization strategy.
- You hold a completed degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- You bring many years of professional experience in process management, business process analysis, modeling, and optimization, as well as project management.
- You have solid knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable approaches.
- Ideally, you have experience with common modeling and analysis methods, preferably BPMN 2.0.
- Your working style is structured, analytical, and clearly solution‑oriented.
- You stand out through strong communication and facilitation skills as well as confident stakeholder management.
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team and have experience contributing to process improvement initiatives as well as delivering trainings and coachings.
- You are familiar with contributing to strategic concepts while considering the company’s overall strategy.
- You have business‑fluent German skills (written and spoken), complemented by very good English skills.
