As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You develop high‑impact data products end‑to‑end with a clear production‑first mindset, transforming innovation into stable, scalable systems that deliver real business value.
- You actively shape the strategic direction of the AI Insights roadmap, identifying new opportunities for AI‑driven process transformation and creating long‑term, measurable impact.
- You build, refine, and validate production‑ready ML models (e.g., for our Next Best Action engine) and ensure they meet the highest standards of infrastructure, performance, and security.
- You collaborate closely with ML Engineers and Data Engineers to enable seamless deployments, effective monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.
- You turn complex algorithmic results into clear, compelling stories, providing stakeholders with actionable insights that influence executive‑level decision‑making.
- You combine technological curiosity with responsibility, evaluating emerging AI trends for productive use and ensuring all solutions meet the strictest standards of quality, data privacy, security, and ethical AI.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another related quantitative field.
- You bring at least 3 years of professional Data Science experience and have a proven track record of bringing models from the lab into real‑world production use cases.
- You are proficient in Python and SQL and have hands‑on experience building solutions on Azure and working with Snowflake.
- You have a deep understanding of statistical methods and apply them effectively in an agile, fast‑paced environment.
- You think in products, not experiments – model versioning, testing, and performance monitoring are second nature to you.
- You communicate complex topics clearly and with impact, presenting to different audiences confidently; you are fluent in English, and German skills are a plus.
