• Design, implement, secure, monitor, and optimize data storage and data processing, including data pipelines, performance monitoring, and query performance measurement
• Develop data processing and batch processing solutions using Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, including handling duplicates, exception handling, validating batch loads, and handling failed batch loads
• Implement partition strategies in Azure Synapse Analytics and identify when partitioning is needed in Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
• Create and execute queries using compute solutions such as SQL serverless and Spark clusters in Azure Synapse Analytics
• Design and implement incremental data loads and read from and write to Delta Lake
• Transform data by using Apache Spark and/or Transact-SQL (T-SQL) in Azure Synapse Analytics
• Ingest and transform data with Azure Synapse Pipelines, including creating, scheduling, and managing data pipelines and integrating Python notebooks
• Implement Azure Synapse Link and query the replicated data

• Requirement skills: Azure Synapse Workspace ( All aspects ), SQL, Python
• Clear understanding and solid experience in: Pipelines, Notebooks, AFDS2 Storage Layer, SQL Endpoints, LakeDatabase
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Advantageous: Airflow, Spark Delta Table Libs
• Certifications or course completion (advantageous): DP700 Implementing Data Engineering Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric
