- You prioritize research initiatives in line with product and business objectives, derive strategic research goals, develop long-term research roadmaps, and advise product teams on key decisions.
- You independently conduct complex qualitative and quantitative studies across multiple products and teams and identify cross-product patterns, trends, and insights using advanced methods such as Jobs-to-be-Done, Opportunity Mapping, and Experience Gap Analysis.
- You design and establish scalable processes for data collection, analysis, and synthesis, while building and continuously maintaining a structured research repository.
- You plan, facilitate, and lead workshops such as Discovery, Alignment, and Opportunity Sessions to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
- You establish reliable UX KPIs and measurement frameworks to make the impact of UX measurable, working closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Teams, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders.
- You support the hiring and onboarding of new researchers and mentor less experienced team members to foster their professional development.
- You bring several years of experience (at least 4–8 years) in UX research or a related field.
- You possess deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods as well as advanced synthesis techniques.
- You confidently and purposefully develop research strategies and roadmaps.
- You analyze complex relationships and communicate your insights clearly and comprehensibly.
- You facilitate workshops with confidence and excel in stakeholder management.
- You ideally have experience in ResearchOps and KPI definition.
