- You prioritize research initiatives aligned with product and company goals and develop long‑term research roadmaps.
- You derive strategic research objectives and advise product teams on key decisions.
- You independently conduct complex qualitative and quantitative studies across multiple products or teams.
- You identify system‑wide patterns, trends and insights, applying advanced methods such as Jobs‑to‑be‑Done, Opportunity Mapping or Experience Gap analyses.
- You develop scalable processes for data collection, analysis and synthesis.
- You plan, facilitate and lead workshops such as discovery, alignment or opportunity sessions.
- You build and maintain a structured research repository.
- You establish reliable UX KPIs and measurement processes to ensure UX impact can be quantified.
- You collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product teams, data analysts and additional stakeholders.
- You support hiring and onboarding of new team members in the research function.
- You coach and mentor less experienced colleagues.
- You bring several years of experience (at least 4–8 years) in UX research or a related field.
- You possess deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods as well as advanced synthesis techniques.
- You confidently and purposefully develop research strategies and roadmaps.
- You analyze complex relationships and communicate your insights clearly and comprehensibly.
- You facilitate workshops with confidence and excel in stakeholder management.
- You ideally have experience in ResearchOps and KPI definition.
