As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You handle telephone and written correspondence with DKV customers regarding all customer-related matters, in close cooperation with the field service.
- You are responsible for actively increasing the revenue of the entire DKV range of services and products.
- You advise customers on new developments in the DKV service offering and represent DKV as a reliable partner to its customers.
- You process new customer applications and are responsible for handling complaints, reminders, protests, credit and total blocks, as well as the ordering and blocking of DKV identification items.
- You are responsible for sending DKV identification items, onboarding documents, etc. to new customers.
- You maintain pricing/conditions data and monitor incoming payments as well as credit limit overruns.
- You prepare and issue quotations. (based on the tasks in the same job family)
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally also experience with SAP R3.
- You bring a strong service and customer‑oriented mindset, an open and positive communication style, as well as teamwork skills, strong numerical understanding, and a high level of commitment.
- Your business‑fluent German skills are complemented by good English skills.
