As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You manage daily dunning activities using the currently implemented system ROMLI, as well as future system‑supported solutions, and continuously optimize underlying processes and automation logic.
- You are responsible for managing the Credit Management CAM to‑do flow, including escalation handling and quality assurance.
- You optimize and implement credit‑relevant policies (Credit Guidelines) within the eCommerce portfolio and ensure compliance in day‑to‑day operations.
- You take end‑to‑end ownership of dunning processes for small and low‑volume customers with the goal of reducing payment defaults.
- You act as the central point of contact (SPOC) for credit‑management topics for eCom Customer Operations, IT, and European sales units.
- You deliver training sessions and provide functional enablement for eCom Customer Operations on all credit‑ and risk‑related processes.
- You contribute to or lead (sub‑)projects focused on risk reduction, process automation, and the further development of the eCommerce credit and dunning operating model.
- You take on ad‑hoc tasks as required.
- You bring strong expertise in credit and receivables management, including credit checks, collections, dunning, and escalation management, and are able to identify risks in the eCommerce portfolio at an early stage and mitigate them effectively.
- You have a highly developed analytical and process‑driven skill set, confidently interpret payment, risk, and customer data, and optimize digital end‑to‑end credit and dunning workflows in close collaboration with IT and Product.
- You stand out with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including fluent, negotiation‑level English, and work effectively with eCom Operations, IT, Credit Management, and European sales units—even on guideline‑sensitive topics.
- You have solid project management experience and are skilled in functional enablement, successfully planning and driving initiatives focused on risk reduction, process optimization, or automation, while enabling operational teams to adopt new processes with confidence.
- You have hands‑on experience working with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and credit management systems.
- Additional European language skills beyond German and English are considered a plus.
