• Lead process industrialization as a core team member in product creation projects representing the production processes
• Collaborate with Lead Supply Chain, Lead Equipment, Quality, IT, and Operations
• Define process requirements and architectural drivers to guide product engineering
• Design and optimize process flows for global production setup
• Create technical line layout in collaboration with all stakeholders
• Own the implementation and validation of manufacturing processes across global sites.
• Estimate production process cost.
• Responsible for manufacturing BOM and bill of processes (BOP)

• Completed studies in the field of engineering (production, electrical, mechanical or similar)
• Experience in Process Engineering role or similar
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tools
• Knowledge with PFMEA is a benefit
• Very good communicator
• Fluent in German and English
