In this newly shaped role, you will work closely with leaders and HR colleagues to build a future-ready capability and talent development approach. You will translate our business and people strategy into tangible development priorities, ensuring that learning becomes part of everyday work and delivers measurable impact on business performance.
As part of our Transformation Task Force, you can expect far more than a traditional training role. This is a strategic, business-focused position with significant scope to shape and drive change. You will turn our people and learning strategy into impactful development initiatives while strengthening capabilities in technology, data, customer centricity, and leadership. The role is embedded within our HR Task Force, working closely with HR experts across DKV Mobility to accelerate transformation and sustainable growth.
What you will shape
- You derive future capability requirements from our business strategy and translate them into clear development priorities.
- You design solutions for strategic people challenges that go beyond existing HR processes and programs, while shaping the further development of leadership capabilities in line with our transformation goals.
- You identify future skill needs and develop innovative approaches to build capabilities in areas such as AI, Data, Digital, Customer Centricity, and Leadership.
- You design and pilot innovative, scalable development initiatives and evolve successful concepts into a modern learning architecture. You also create career paths, talent programs, and capability frameworks that combine digital, social, and experiential learning for emerging and changing business needs.
- You lead strategic cross-functional projects that are critical to transformation, growth, and organizational development.
- You partner closely with business leaders, advising them on how to build the critical capabilities their teams need for future success, and translate market trends and future-of-work topics into development solutions with measurable business impact.
- You have several years of experience in Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development and know how to translate strategic requirements into tangible development initiatives.
- You have successfully guided change and transformation processes within dynamic, growing, or evolving organizations.
- You enjoy developing new concepts and turning them into reality with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset and strong execution skills.
- You bring solid expertise in modern approaches related to Future Skills, Capability Building, Leadership, and Learning.
- You influence and engage stakeholders through strong communication skills, pragmatism, and the ability to drive change effectively.
- You thrive in an international environment, enjoy shaping new topics, and communicate confidently in both German and English.
