As a Financial Support Services Specialist, you are responsible for carefully processing customer data and providing administrative support to the sales process. You play a crucial role in managing customer relationships through accurate data entry, credit checks and document processing. This role requires a high level of precision, responsibility and discretion when processing customer information in our systems.
The following activities are among your responsibilities:.

Your responsibilities: 
- Processing and entering customer data in CRM and CAM systems
- Responding to requests by phone and email
- Performing credit checks and requesting guarantees
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborating with the team leader on continuous process optimisation
- Processing and reporting outstanding payments in CAM
- Monitoring payments and following up on overdue receivables
- Coordinating payment arrangements with the team leader and account manager, and monitoring compliance with these arrangements
- Supporting customers with account discrepancies, in consultation with headquarters
- Answering customer questions about payments and invoices, both by phone and in writing
- Checking and managing direct debits (SEPA)
- Advising on whether to continue or block the customer relationship
