Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Change Operational Deployment Officer (m/f/d) in Manching.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a close collaboration and exchange with the respective End-to-End PMTD
• Contribute to On Quality, On Time, On Cost delivery of PMTD solutions
• Govern the offer & forecast (Training Plan) and ensure conformity with Air Power regulations (e.g. myPULSE processes, security classification requirements)
• Definition and coordination of Training Plan / Path and ensure structured categorization
• Validate deployment logic, based on anticipated registration and solution types
• Ensure transparency on status, upcoming demand and resource planning
• Drive communications and run the automated trainee feedback loop
• Manage, update and report deployment deliverables in the scheduling tool
• Responsible for collaborating with deployment team, i.e. contributing needs to change impact analysis
• Supporting all transversal Change Operational Deployment activities

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in Change Management and Project Management
• Very good user skills in MS-Office
• User skills in Google Workspace and scheduling tools (Unified Planning, Jira) is desired
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
