- You take ownership of the design, development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of compensation, KPI, and target-setting frameworks for different sales roles, markets, and channels, supporting the sales strategy in close collaboration with HR.
- You build and further develop a pan-European incentive governance framework, including processes, roles, and responsibilities, in close collaboration with HR and in alignment with the PEX Guideline, Merit Guideline, and the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- You independently translate strategic business objectives into measurable sales targets and effective incentive mechanisms.
- You are responsible for the implementation and continuous enhancement of technical solutions, tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions for the automated calculation, transparent management, and ongoing tracking of incentives, performance, and target achievement in collaboration with IT and HR Systems.
- You work closely with HR, Finance, Commercial Leadership, and Data Teams to ensure consistent execution across the organization.
- You analyze the effectiveness of the incentive model, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously optimize it based on performance data and business objectives.
- You bring more than five years of experience in Incentive Management, Compensation & Benefits, Commercial Excellence, Sales Steering, or management consulting with a focus on sales incentives.
- You have proven expertise in designing and enhancing complex compensation, target-setting, and performance management systems, as well as developing KPI frameworks.
- You are highly proficient in working with data models, KPI logic, reporting solutions, and data-driven management tools, including Power BI and Excel.
- You have successfully led or supported transformation and implementation projects and possess a deep understanding of sales organizations, sales steering, and performance management.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills, quickly structure complex topics, and derive pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
- You think strategically, act with a strong business mindset, communicate persuasively, and effectively engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- You work independently and result-oriented, actively drive change initiatives, build trusted relationships, and are fluent in both German and English.
