Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Supply Chain & Quality Manager Aerostructure (m/f/d) in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for On Time, On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance
• Identify the supplier industrial risks and issues, propose mitigation actions or work out and follow up short term recovery plans as well as mid term / long term improvement and development plans
• Assess and work with suppliers to ensure the After Sales ramp up
• Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision in the frame of call for tender
• Monitor or support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
• Be in charge of supplier Approval/Conformity, to ensure that suppliers are compliant with Airbus/EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Supply Chain Quality or comparable
• Work experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain
• Experience in After Sales is a plus
• Knowledge in Project Management
• Experience in managing recovery plans and in airbus/ airbus environment/suppliers is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
• Fluent English skill spoken and written, Spanish is a plus
• Willingness for occasional business trips (globally, but maily in europe)
