• Overall responsibility for the strategic coordination of the Microsoft E7 security landscape
• Define and maintain the Microsoft E7 cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and target architecture
• Establish and maintain governance, KPI, and reporting frameworks
• Ensure transparency regarding E7 capabilities, licensing, ownership, risks, dependencies, and maturity levels
• Drive prioritization and adoption of Microsoft security solutions such as Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, and Security Copilot
• Coordinate all involved teams, stakeholders, partners, and business units without operational implementation responsibility
• Align security initiatives with business objectives, compliance requirements, and risk management goals
• Assess security coverage, residual risks, and AI-related security risks
• Manage collaboration with Microsoft and implementation partners, including escalation management
• Provide management with recommendations on investments, priorities, optimization opportunities, and strategic decisions

• Extensive experience managing complex cybersecurity programs in large enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Microsoft security technologies, particularly Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, Security Copilot, and related services / Strong understanding of Microsoft security architecture, licensing models, service dependencies, and support structures
• Experience in Identity Security, Data Protection, Security Operations, Cloud Security, Compliance, and AI Security
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives involving Cybersecurity, IT, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Vendor Management, and business stakeholders
• Experience designing cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, governance frameworks, and operating models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior executives and external partners
• Ability to translate technical topics into business-focused recommendations and management decision papers
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance requirements, cybersecurity governance, and audit/assurance processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Experience working directly with Microsoft and strategic implementation partners
