Senior Technical Project Lead (m/w/d)

Your Profile

• Graduate or master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.

• Strong understanding of automotive systems and vehicle architecture.

• Experience with system engineering and automotive tools (e.g. Vector toolchain, DOORS, JIRA, ...).

• Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

• Familiarity with functional safety and cybersecurity standards, also AUTOMOTIVE Spice

• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive communication skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Your Responsabilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects ensuring they stay on time, in scope, and within budget

• Coaching, mentoring, and capability development of employees in area of SystemEngineering, Technical ProjectLeader and Test Managers

• Quality assurance and performance management for automotive projects (reviews, KPIs, corrective actions)

• Project support and process excellence (project reviews, process improvements, lessons learned)

• Standards alignment and technical community promotion (cross-location standards, System Network Testing advocacy)

• Technical and product ownership/responsibiltiy - from RFQ to series launch

• Technical project leadership and target achievement (team steering, risk/change/maturity management, cost, quality, and technology targets)
