• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers across engineering, manufacturing, research & development, and corporate functions
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and job profile definition through candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong international talent pipelines by developing recruiting channels, external partnerships, and professional networks
• Design and implement innovative sourcing and selection strategies, particularly for international candidate groups with varying language proficiency levels, leveraging modern digital recruiting technologies
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate assessment centers, recruiting events, and candidate experience initiatives
• Lead apprentice and early-career recruiting activities, including cooperation with universities, educational institutions, and training providers
• Support the successful integration and onboarding of international employees and contribute to diversity-focused hiring initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruiting processes, hiring quality, and employer branding efforts
• Independent management of the entire recruiting process for Engineering and administrative positions, with a particular focus on the Manufacturing Research and Development environment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Extensive experience in talent acquisition or human resources within an industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to independently manage recruitment projects and execute structured hiring processes from workforce planning through successful placement
• Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment
• A proactive, hands-on team player who is comfortable taking ownership, driving initiatives, and adapting to changing business needs
• Fluent English language skills are essential
• Fluent German language skills are essential
• Chinese language capabilities are considered an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with global teams and business partners
