The job involves picking orders using a handheld scanner and preparing products for shipment. No previous experience is required – on-site training is provided.

Your responsibilities

• picking orders containing drugstore products,
• working with a handheld scanner,
• checking product quality,
• checking expiry dates,
• preparing goods for shipment,
• carrying out other warehouse duties,
• keeping your workstation clean and tidy.

This is an active job – you should be prepared to walk approximately 10,000 steps per day.

Working hours

The job is carried out in a two-shift system:

• 06:00–14:00,
• 14:00–22:00.

Work takes place from Monday to Saturday. You must be available six days a week and willing to work overtime.

The guaranteed minimum is 151.67 hours per month. The expected number of working hours is approximately 185 hours per month on average.

How much can you earn?

The hourly rate is €15.80 gross.

With the guaranteed 151 hours:

• approximately €2,396 gross per month,
• approximately €1,700–€1,720 net per month.

With the expected 185 hours:

• approximately €2,923 gross per month,
• approximately €1,970 – €2,000 net per month.

The stated net salary is an estimate calculated for a person in German tax class I who is over 23 years old, has no children, does not pay church tax and is covered by statutory health insurance.

The exact net salary depends, among other things, on your tax class, age, family situation, health insurance provider and whether church tax applies. Accommodation costs are deducted separately. Overtime may further increase your monthly salary.

Our requirements

• citizenship of a European Union member state or a valid work permit for Germany,
• English, German or Polish language skills at a minimum B1 level,
• category B driving licence – only one driving licence is required per couple,
• good physical fitness,
• willingness to work in a two-shift system,
• availability from Monday to Saturday,
• willingness to work overtime,
• reliability and a responsible approach to work,
• independent travel to Germany.

Previous warehouse experience is not required.

Desirable qualifications

• your own car for commuting,
• experience in warehouse work, production or logistics,
• German language skills.

Candidates with German language skills at a minimum B2 level may have the opportunity to be promoted to a team leader position.

Accommodation

The employer arranges accommodation near the workplace.

The standard accommodation cost is €15 per day.

Employees acting as drivers receive a discount on accommodation:

• drivers of a company car pay €12 per working day for accommodation,
• drivers using their own car and transporting other employees pay €8 per working day for accommodation.

These amounts are not additional payments on top of the salary – they represent reduced accommodation costs for drivers.

Shared transport to work is organised within employee groups. Detailed information about the accommodation and commuting arrangements will be provided by the coordinator during the next stage of the recruitment process.
