• Responsible for developing, executing and documenting automated verification and product tests (improve test efficiency, scalability)
• Ensure compliance with product requirements, quality standards and customer
• Coordinates and guides the work of four test engineers, ensuring effective planning, execution and delivery of verification activities

• Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics)
• Solid experience in requirements-based product testing, verification, validation, or quality engineering
• Solid experience with modern SW development and verification processes and supporting tools
• Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and executing automated HIL test sequences using Python / Robot Framework
• Experience in coordinating the work of a small team or experience as a project manager
• Stong experience with Python, Robot Framework, GIT / Strong experience with Jira, Confluence
• Advantageous: ISTQB Foundation Level
• Very good English and German skills
