IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

• Provide first-line support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other end-user devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment for employees
• Support users with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and standard business applications
• Coordinate with internal IT teams or external vendors when escalation is required
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with hardware replacements and deployments

• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and provide reliable on-site support
• English language skills are mandatory
• German language skills at B1 level or higher are preferred
