We are looking for a Sales Manager for Marioff’s Sales Channels Business Unit to support our land-based HI-FOG water mist fire protection systems sales through international distributors. In this role, you will be responsible for account management and business development in assigned geographical markets, working closely with the local partner companies. You will work independently whilst developing and executing business plans that include vertical market focus, marketing activities, partner competence development, project pipeline management and weekly forecasting. As Sales Manager, you are responsible for generating sales through existing and new customers, achieving the financial and other targets in the assigned markets

The ability to work systematically, take personal responsibility and good team working skills are key assets in this position. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in an international business environment. The role includes direct interaction with end users, authorities and other key stakeholders and thus a successful candidate has an outgoing personality and ability to interact with different people and cultures. Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master´s degree in Engineering or Business
  • 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in a “specification” Industry
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written, other language skills are an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Candidates with work experience with Asian customers and Chinese language skills will be prioritized
  • Experience in fire protection and hydraulics are an advantage
  • Experience with AutoCAD, ability to make technical designs are also an advantage Skills and attributes
  • Customer centric attitude and a drive to provide world class customer service
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under fast-paced, demanding environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel internationally
