  • Die Akquisition von Sales Partnern sowie die Betreuung bestehender Sales Partnerbeziehungen in ausgewählten Ländern, liegt in Deiner Verantwortung. Darüber hinaus übernimmst Du Vertragsverhandlungen mit Vertriebspartnern und deren Kunden.
  • Du beobachtest und analysierst die zu betreuenden Märkte und nutzt die daraus erhaltenen Informationen, zur Kontrolle der vertrieblichen Ziel- und Budgetvorgaben der Sales-Partner.
  • Du verwaltest die Einweisung neuer Vertriebspartner in die notwendigen organisatorischen sowie der produktbezogenen Voraussetzungen des DKV und stehst hinsichtlich des Geschäftsaufbaus und Akquise neuer Kunden beratend zur Seite. 
  • Die Beschaffung von Sicherheiten sowie die Kontrolle von Zahlungen, bei Partnern mit Delcredere-Haftung, liegt in in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Außerdem betreust Du die Abwicklung der Kunden-Partnerbezogenen Administration in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Operations Team. 
  • Du führst Trainings in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing und Administration und übernimmst die pro-aktive Steuerung und Umsetzung von Marketing-Kampagnen mit den betreuten Sales Partnern. 
  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit und verfügst über mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung (vorzugsweise in der Transport-/Logistikbranche oder im Kraftstoffhandel) sowie Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten und Führen von Verkaufsgesprächen. Darüber hinaus sind Erfahrungen in der Planung und Durchführung von Mitarbeiter-Trainings wünschenswert.
  • Du besitzt analytisches Denkvermögen und kannst konzeptionell arbeiten und bringst die Fähigkeit mit eigene Strategien zur Marktbearbeitung und Umsatzsteigerung zu erarbeiten und umzusetzen. Darüber hinaus zeichnet Dich interkulturelle Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und idealerweise weitere Sprachkenntnisse.
  • Du hast Spaß an nationalen und internationalen Reisen.
