We are completely changing our production in a new and demanding direction where quality is an essential part of the delivery. For that we need a Quality Manager, who can cover the whole supply chain, production as well documentation for production facility meeting the requirements.
We are looking for you, who loves to dive into details without losing the big picture. Even more importantly you can bring everyone on board in process, to be compliant and motivate your colleagues to see the value of your work and to apply the new processes.
Your role will be essential for the organization; therefore, you will become a part of the management team once you are onboarded. This includes representing the company in quality matters in dialogue with clients. There will also be an ongoing dialogue with suppliers to secure that everything is meeting the demanded standards.
• Brush up the QMS system for both general and customers’ requirements
• Improve the implementation of the system and understanding in organization.
• Support customer audits: Technical supervisor will take the lead, but QA manager will fully support the practical part. • Measuring and analyzing all quality matters – the keyword here is evidence.• Motivation - in the change management needed in implementing the quality policies.
• Communication – working together with and teaching culturally diverse stakeholders.
• In it for the long haul – you like to work on continues improvements and would like to take on a broader responsibility as the role evolves.
• Ability to read and speak Danish
