  • As Head Of Customer Operation you will be part of the Sales Transformation (Full Service) transformation and differentiation program by delivering cutting-edge CRM, Field Service, pricing, and customer-facing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and provide a competitive edge in the market. By delivering, developing, and optimizing these critical areas, we aim to differentiate our company and provide exceptional value to our customers.
  • He Norican Group includes the following brands: Wheelabrator - surface treatment, DISA - foundry technology, ITALPRESSE GAUSS and STRIKO WESTOFEN - aluminium melting and holding furnaces. The Norican Group supplies its services and products to 25,000 customers operating in more than 30 different industries in 100 countries and employs more than 2,000 people.

  • Contributing full service transformation program (transformation of sales and offering)
  • Developing and maintaining development IT roadmap and target stage for this areas
  • Developing and delivering applications - services/solutions based on needs and requirements from Norican Business (Business acumen)
  • Securing adaption of applications and following up benefits realisation of investment made on this area
  • Managing budget and actual costs
  • Managing team of experts and external vendors
  • Delivering performance based (SLA) services for users/keyusers/management
  • Establishing supplier Strategy for Norican IT Creating and maintaining roadmap for his/her area of responsibility including internal needs, as well as application lifecycle activities
  • Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience with a proven track record in a position as leader to develop and delivery application services
  • At least 5 years experience with leading team of experts
  • Proved records for driving change and transformation
  • Competence with Microsoft D365, or other CRM and Field Service systems
  • Experience working with strategy & execution, with a proven ability to envision and drive a tactical execution effort
  • Experienced in working with IT offerings within an industrial setting
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Personal Characteristics
