- You will be responsible for the preparation and submission of regular reports to the German Bundesbank (e.g. monthly passes, own funds report, payment transaction statistics, individual or event-related reports/ads).
- You coordinate with the Accounting and Controlling departments of the DKV Mobility Group (monthly passes, capital requirements and other individual or event-related reports) as well as document the processes.
- Support with regulatory approval or Permit procedures at home and abroad, e.g. application for new licenses for the LUNADIS (e.g. e-money license) as well as approval or approval procedures with (third-party) providers of services.
- You accompany and support the preparation of the risk inventory (to be carried out at least once a year) in coordination with the departments.
- You act as a representative of the complaint management of LUNADIS: handling complaints based on the OCM tool used in the DKV Mobility Group.
- You have completed a commercial training and several years of professional experience in the field of balance sheet accounting.
- You already had regulatory reporting experience with a bank, payment services company, accounting firm or regulatory authority.
- You have accounting experience with a financial/payment services institution.
- You have a high numerical affinity and very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are capable of teamwork, flexible and have a strong solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills as well as good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
