• You are responsible for project management and the development of new packaging solutions in the injection molding sector and for the transition to series production
• You are responsible for implementation of new injection molding systems and startup of assigned new plants
• You handle projects in an international environment and lead project teams assembled locally or globally
• You are the point of contact for our customers and the interface to various departments
• You enjoy to travel for work

• Completed education ideally in the field of plastics engineering or mechanical engineering (HTL, TU, FH, or other technical education with relevant professional experience)
• Experience in project management (min. 5 years) 
• Excellent English skills, additional foreign languages like German are an advantage
• Team player, independent working style and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently
• Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain relationships
