Welcome
Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s. Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes. Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
Deine Aufgaben / your mission
  • have overview and understanding of cloud platforms, 
  • administrate cloud-based technologies, 
  • install and deploy new features, OS to Bare metal, general VMs as well as Azure cloud environment, 
  • investigate and analyze the root cause of incidents and initiate corrective actions, 
  • conformity with the internal work instructions and process guidelines within DTAG, 
  • follow the defined escalation standards in case of deviations, 
  • investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation, 
  • participate on regular and/or irregular communication with colleagues in an international environment to ensure operational goals, 
  • participate on on-call duties, independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise, 
  • coordinate the use of internal technical support and vendor support to ensure troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support, 
  • train and participate on education of other employees, 
  • perform team specific non-technical tasks such as quality/ process/ reporting to support daily operation, 
  • create, change, and delete user accounts. 
Dein Profil / your profile
  • have at least 3 years experience in ICT System, are familiar with Agile Methodology / Scrum / SAFe
  • have good communication skills, presentation skills
  • are good in analytical thinking and team cooperation
  • speak English – Upper intermediate (B2)
  • Windows server Administration – Specialist 
  • Linux server Administration – Specialist 
  • Cloud Networking – Specialist 
  • Backup and storage – Intermediate 
  • MCSA- Microsoft Certified Solution Associate        
  • Azure Administrator [AZ-104], Azure Network Engineer, Azure Security Engineer 
  • MCSA- Microsoft Certified Solution Associate    
  • Other advanced Azure certifications a benefit
