Your prospective job:

For our client Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as a Project Manager Industrial Performance & Improvement (m/f/d) at the location Manching.

Your responsibilities:

• Support implementation of the process improvement Plan (Operational Excellence System) for the Production/MRO areas
• Support and coordination of OES internal and transversal assessments Preparation of Excellence Committees, taking part for the distribution of actions and followup
• Deployment of Performance Management routines (BSC/SQCDP) standardization throughout the organization
• Supporting and managing Continuous Improvement (TIPs).
• Contributing to Improvement-projects, digital initiatives and people safety related topics
• Sharing of benchmarks, best practices and synergies across COMBAT Aircraft plants and sites
• Promoting and managing bottom-up ideas generation in the plants and sites
• Ensuring efficient reporting and digital visualization of the operational capabilities of all programs within the scope (e.g. BSC, SQCDP) as well as the progress of strategic projects and improvement initiatives
• Supporting communication for new initiatives and thus being the channel of connection with shop-floor
• Contribute to Digitalization and Innovation initiatives by collecting requirements and deployment of implementation projects
• Acting as improvement ambassador for internal and external communication (HUB, production magazine, streaming)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in project managemenet, engineering or comparable
• Expertise and knowledge in continuous improvement is required
• Knowledge on performance management routines is mandatory
• Experience in aerospace production or MRO will be appreciated
• Very good knowledge in MS-Office
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent German and English skills both spoken and written
