We are looking for a working student or intern (gn)
for the Finance department in our Accounts Receivable team, starting
immediately.
- You will assist with booking incoming payments, bank protests, transfers, and the associated general ledger bookings via FEBAN for euros and other currencies.
- You will support the reconciliation of bank balances in SAP / Omikron and the clearing of accounts receivable.
- You will create SAP reports and manage communication with the sales department.
- You will monitor and clarify accounts receivable and general ledger accounts.
- Your tasks will also include handling the status of deposits and general correspondence, including processing inquiries via email.
- You are enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- You have already gained some practical experience in accounting or finance.
- Your profile is characterized by an independent and goal-oriented working style.
- You have good communication skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor.
- You are proficient in common MS Office applications (preferably also SAP R3).
- Your good German and English skills complete your profile.
