- You take on the analysis and evaluation of functional, technical, and business requirements with the goal of implementing and integrating Identity & Access Management solutions.
- You communicate professionally and customer-oriented with users and create training materials and videos.
- Through your conception of solution scenarios and evaluation of solution alternatives, as well as the creation of decision templates, you contribute to optimization and quality assurance.
- Additionally, you analyze and resolve occurring disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
- You look for possible process optimizations and implement efficient interface and automation solutions, advise departments on mapping IAM processes, and implement them independently.
- Besides implementation, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the responsible systems, you create and maintain necessary documentation for use in operations and support.
- You ensure compliance with the requirements of the ISO27001 standard and within the framework of data protection.
- You have a degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or a comparable education and training in the IT field.
- You have extensive experience in Identity & Access Management and have successfully implemented and optimized IT solutions and interfaces.
- Ideally, you have experience with Omada or other leading IAM tools.
- Your quick comprehension and analytical thinking enable you to work solution-oriented and independently.
- You are a communication talent, enjoy working in a team as well as independently, and value high-quality results.
- Your excellent German skills are complemented by business-fluent English skills.
