• Communicate in high quality with a tailored support to the individual customer
• Act proactively in communication with customers whereby structural visits by the account manager should also be proposed to achieve maximum influence within the sales process
• Create high quality quotations that meet applicable expectations/procedures (including appropriate equipment, process conditions, prices, delivery terms)
• Lead generation
  
• Work cross functional with Account Manager from the respective territory, or other interested parties, of all pending matters
• Advise and consult the customer in-and outbound
• Customer data is entered into CRM system according to guidelines and changes are processed
• Data reports- regarding products, prices, and conditions of competitors
• Installed base- and competitive analysis
• Handle inquiries, orders, and complaints according to established procedures
• Forecast investments
• You are at all times convinced of the added value of VEGA

• Relevant experience in process automation, instrumentation, industrial manufacturing processes, sensors, level & pressure
• In-depth and successful work experience within sales is preferable
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electronic/process-industrial automation engineering
• Customer-focus and the ability to understand and address the customers underlying needs
• Commercial understanding
• Technical knowledge
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find timely solutions
