Job objective:
Ensure the promotion and sale of Smart Diesel – DKV products and services in the assigned area to meet sales targets. Identify new market opportunities with the goal of acquiring new clients, managing the existing client portfolio, and serving them in a way that increases loyalty and transaction volume.
- Manage the existing client portfolio by providing support, consultancy, and tailored solutions to increase loyalty and business volume.
- Contact potential clients and create personalized offers that match their potential and business specifics, based on which contracts are negotiated and signed.
- Prospect the fuel and fleet services market, identifying market trends and development potential, as well as prospects interested in the company’s services.
- Identify client needs and the potential use of existing services and products in the portfolio.
- Handle client requests and complaints, communicating effectively with support departments to clarify reported issues.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management abilities.
- Customer- and results-oriented individual with strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- English language – intermediate level (advantageous).
- MS Office – intermediate level.
