• We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser for a leading Scandinavian furniture group with headquarters in Norway, known for its premium brands in the comfort and lifestyle segment. The company operates globally with sales offices in over a dozen countries and collaborates with thousands of retail partners across nearly 50 markets.

• Oversee visual standards across 800+ branded retail spaces and the Hamburg showroom
  
• Plan and optimize store layouts using designated software
  
• Lead studio rollouts and store openings, managing timelines and deliverables
• Maintain project documentation and proactively manage risks
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and commercial goals
  
• Coordinate with sales teams, retail partners, and external vendors for studio updates and installations

• 3–5 years of experience as Visual Merchandiser in structured retail environments or branded consumer goods
  
• Previous experience in project management is desirable
• Strong balance of creativity and organizational skills
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  
• Fluent in both German and English
