- You are the primary contact for legal matters concerning our group companies and business units, with a focus on Sales, Energy Toll, and Purchasing.
- You advise our Sales Units on the distribution of our products (including software) and on negotiating high-volume customer contracts.
- You review and negotiate procurement contracts.
- You develop legal structuring options for new business opportunities.
- You provide legal support for special projects of group-wide significance.
- You independently manage your workflows and handle legal matters with full responsibility.
- You have successfully completed both state law examinations, ideally with distinction.
- You have already gained specific experience in the areas of Commercial, Sales, or Procurement, either in a law firm or in-house.
- You enjoy working with colleagues from a wide range of departments and are enthusiastic about commercial topics and economic contexts.
- You possess strong analytical thinking skills, a high level of problem-solving competence, process-oriented thinking, and assertiveness.
- You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional foreign languages are a plus).
- You are highly organized and bring initiative and commitment to your work.
- You work independently and proactively, and your empathetic, persuasive, and assertive personality rounds off your profile.
