What you can expect

Become part of our HR team Organizational & Talent Development.
Together, we develop our organization and our employees, actively shaping future topics. You can expect diverse projects with national and international stakeholders. Your focus areas:

You independently develop concepts and solutions for topics in our focus areas: Organizational Development, Talent Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.
You support our company in transformation and change projects.
You take responsibility for implementing your topics and work closely with internal interfaces and external partners.
You keep an eye on trends and innovations and translate them into tailored, practical solutions.

What makes you stand out

You have successfully completed a university degree or hold a comparable qualification.
You have several years of relevant experience in the areas of HR, Learning, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Diversity & Inclusion.
You possess strong conceptual and analytical skills and are proficient in using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
You have a "get-things-done" mentality, take initiative, and drive topics and projects forward with a results-oriented approach.
You communicate fluently in both German and English.
