- You start by supporting our Quality Assurance (QA) team before transitioning to the Product Management team later in the year.
- In the Quality Assurance (QA) area, you assist in planning, creating, and executing test cases for manual and automated tests.
- You work together with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure the quality of our web applications and services.
- You identify, document, and track bugs and issues using modern tracking tools.
- You conduct functional, regression, and exploratory tests on various platforms and environments.
- You contribute to the optimization of test processes and frameworks for continuous improvement.
- You gain practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern testing tools.
- You ensure that monitoring functions are provided that can be used by the IT Operations department.
- In the Product Management area, you set up user data tracking and relevant metrics using tools like Google Analytics and ensure their implementation.
- You support the analysis of the collected data, derive insights, and create reports.
- You work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and contribute to the development of the product roadmap.
- You are an enrolled student in computer science, applied computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
- You have initial programming experience, ideally in Java.
- You have basic knowledge of web applications, including frontend, backend, and REST APIs.
- You are familiar with version control systems like Git.
- You have experience with or are motivated to learn test management tools (e.g., Zephyr Scale, TestRail).
- You have a strong interest in product development and an analytical mindset.
- You are familiar with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or are interested in furthering your knowledge in this area.
