- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Extensive experience in Sales management on major products and channels.
- Proven record in Sales, Marketing, and Academic Relations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, delivering compelling product presentations and training sessions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, including adeptness in delivering presentations.
- Professional demeanor, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of excelling both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undertake domestic travel.
- Collaborate closely with the China team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively pursuing new clientele.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, uncovering new avenues for sales growth.
- Conduct thorough analysis of De Gruyter Brill publications and products, staying abreast of the latest industry developments, and integrating them strategically with our offerings.
