Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Materials and Processes Engineer (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the qualification of standard parts and managing of associated documentation (definition and alignment of specific requirements with design organisation and other stakeholders, Qualification Program Plan, Qualification test plan, Qualification Test Reports, Qualified Product List,...)
• Support supplier selection in collaboration with procurement and supplier qualification and provide support to internal and external audits
• Provide support in standardization to Design, Procurement, Manufacturing and Services for the whole life cycle of the aircraft. (New standard parts for design and manufacturing, standards queries, resolution of reception discrepancies, assess standard parts related non-conformances and provide solutions as well as provide support for in-service issues and obsolescence topics...)
• Standardization digitalization: Contribute to digitalize standards & all its processes during its lifecycle

Your profile:

• Completed studies in aerospace, engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in process planning and process improvement
• Experience in Aerospace industry is preferred
• Experience in qualification of materials and standard parts and working with technical documentation
• Ability to work in international teams
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Experience in working with technical documentation and related tools (e.g. PDM, NormMaster, OMAMs) is desired
• Fluent German and English, bothe spoken and written
• Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
