Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) in Manching.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to facilitating a seamless hiring experience
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs
  • Align on role requirements and provide consulting expertise related to external market trends, general recruitment practices and candidates
  • Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels and social media (passive or active sourcing)
  • Create attractive, compliant and diversity-friendly job adverts
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and approach top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking
  • Create / maintain diverse talent pools for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage the selection process, incl. screening applications, assessment of candidates, conduction of interviews and final candidate selection with the Hiring Manager
  • Give feedback to candidates all along the recruitment process
  • Represent Airbus at job fairs, industry events, communities and networks
  • Promote the commitment to diversity and inclusion through social media, employer branding and internal campaigns
  • Develop, plan and execute strategic Talent Acquisition projects
  • Optimize the recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions and guidance to hiring teams on recruitment process and inclusive recruitment practices
  • Deliver results against KPIs and keep your knowledge of legislation up to date

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in Psychology, Business Administration, Personal Management, Social Sciences or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in Project Management
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or employment activities
  • Very good knowledge in the use of MS-Office
  • Knowledge in the use of Workday and Google Suite is advantageous
  • Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
