• Master Data Management: Collect, validate, and maintain maintenance master data within the CMMS/EAM (e.g., SAP PM) / Create and structure functional locations and equipment records according to technical standards / Ensure consistency and high data quality across all systems
• Maintenance Planning & Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective, risk-based, condition-based) / Assess and recommend advanced methodologies such as TPM and RCM / Define and adjust maintenance plans based on equipment criticality assessments
• Engineering & Design Review Participate in P&ID reviews and evaluate 3D models for accessibility and safety / Provide maintenance engineering input during early design and project phases to ensure maintainability
• Reliability Engineering & Risk Management: Conduct and facilitate FMECA analyses / Perform criticality assessments and derive prioritized actions / Analyze equipment failure patterns and implement continuous improvements
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure GMP-compliant documentation of all maintenance activities / Support audits, change controls, deviations, and validation activities
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality departments / Provide technical support during qualification, commissioning, and modification activities / Contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives

• Completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Process Engineering) – mandatory
• Experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of process/manufacturing equipment
• Hands-on experience with CMMS/EAM systems, ideally SAP PM
• Solid understanding of RCM, FMECA, and criticality analysis
• Excellent English language skills; German is an advantage
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment strongly preferred
• Analytical, structured working style and strong communication skills within cross-functional teams
