As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You communicate confidently and enjoy working with our international partners, handling their requests in a competent, committed, and service‑oriented manner.
- As a true multitasking talent, you actively listen to our partners while working efficiently in relevant systems (e.g. MS Office, SAP) and act as a key interface between our Sales Partners and the responsible DKV departments.
- You also respond to partner inquiries in writing in a professional, friendly, and solution‑oriented way.
- Complex requests motivate you — with timely and tailored solutions, you create lasting positive experiences for our partners.
- You serve as the first point of contact for our Sales Partners and regularly deliver training on process changes and new products.
- Products requiring explanation, such as Toll, Refund, and eMobility, challenge you and drive you to deliver top performance.
- With strong commitment, you support our partners every day, acting with high integrity and a strong customer focus in line with our claim “You drive, we care.”
- You ideally bring experience in working with B2B customers.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or are a career changer — for us, your motivation and strong customer orientation matter most.
- You work in a solution‑oriented manner, focusing on finding pragmatic answers rather than problems.
- You stand out through friendly, positive communication and a clear hands‑on mentality.
- Taking ownership and collaborating as part of a team go hand in hand for you.
- You have basic accounting knowledge and are comfortable working with numbers.
- You have very good German, English, and French skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are always welcome.
