As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You develop and own the product strategy for digital eMobility services @home & @work, ensuring that existing and new markets are assessed in a data‑ and AI‑driven way with regard to competition, product fit, and scalability.
- In doing so, you build AI‑based competitive and data analytics capabilities across the team (methods, tools, standards) and support the continuous evolution of the products, including strategic guardrails such as the integration of external hardware as a service enabler.
- You continuously scan existing and new markets using AI (competitors, products, pricing logic, regulatory frameworks) to enable faster, well‑founded decisions, identify market entry barriers early, and significantly reduce time‑to‑market for new countries and product variants.
- You evaluate market opportunities and product fit (value proposition, differentiation, feasibility, risks) based on quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- You define and further develop the Digital Services Strategy for @home / @work (e.g. user, billing, and transparency services) and translate it into clear strategy and roadmap artifacts.
- You coach and enable Product Managers and Product Owners in competitive intelligence, data analysis, and insight storytelling, as well as in the targeted use of AI‑based agents as digital co‑workers to automate recurring analyses and accelerate data‑driven product decisions.
- You define relevant strategy and product KPIs (e.g. adoption of digital services, conversion, retention, service margin/CM, cost‑to‑serve, NPS, support drivers) and support the setup of dashboards and reporting logic together with Data/Steering.
- You independently manage the eMobility product portfolio (@home & @work) across the entire product lifecycle, take on (partial) project leadership, and ensure the operational ownership of products and services in close collaboration with internal teams, supplier management, and the sales organization.
- You hold a completed degree in Business, Technology, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in product management, product strategy, competitive intelligence, business analytics, or a similar strategic‑analytical role.
- You bring proven experience in analyzing new markets, competitors, and product landscapes, and in deriving sound strategic recommendations.
- You have a strong understanding of digital products and services and their scalability across countries and markets.
- You have experience in developing and evolving product or digital strategies, including roadmaps, business cases, and decision documents for senior management.
