As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You lead and further develop a team of Supplier Country Managers in Roaming eMobility, operating with a strong getting-things-done mindset across multiple service countries.
- You lead your team with empathy and motivation, provide constructive and appreciative feedback, and set direction confidently – even in challenging phases.
- You independently acquire CPO partners and build strategic partnerships, including contract negotiations and the optimisation of existing frameworks.
- You are responsible for comprehensive relationship management with the goal of developing new business opportunities in the eMobility environment.
- You drive the commercial development of the DKV eMobility CPO network towards EMSPs, including the negotiation of contractual terms.
- You further develop existing and new partnerships with CPOs and EMSPs and connect them to the DKV eClearing Roaming Platform.
- You identify and commercialise new business opportunities, e.g. value‑added services within the eClearing ecosystem.
- You (partially) lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects, such as the introduction of new roaming tools or the execution of commercial analyses.
- You define and track targets, special agreements, and incentives, e.g. within the DRIVE process in We@DKV.
- You align closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to successfully drive volume growth (e.g. kWh per CPO) and optimise gross margin.
- You independently drive your area of responsibility forward with strong ownership and continuously develop it further from a strategic perspective.
- You hold a completed university degree and bring several years of professional experience, including initial people leadership experience.
- You are characterized by an independent way of working and a high level of initiative.
- You take ownership of measurable results and manage your responsibilities and your team in a goal‑oriented manner.
- You apply a transformational leadership style: you are open to new technologies, actively shape a dynamic business area like eMobility, and lead with clear objectives.
- Drive is part of your DNA – you enjoy ambitious goals and challenging environments.
- You are solution‑oriented, assertive, and confident, even in complex or challenging negotiations.
- You bring hands‑on experience in areas such as Business Development, Procurement/Sales, or Partner Management.
You demonstrate strong abstract thinking skills combined with a structured and analytical work approach.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
You are confident working with common Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Copilot, etc.).
You are willing to travel and bring a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for new topics.
